D.C. Becker, Principal and Founder
Having spent more than 25 years in the hospitality field, Titan’s Principal and Founder, D.C. Becker, brings not only the benefit of lengthy experience, but also the benefit of varied sales & marketing leadership roles within the hotel and resort industry. From property sales and marketing positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation and Interstate Hotels to regional and corporate positions with Interstate, Flag Luxury Properties, and Wyndham Hotels And Resorts, Becker’s background uniquely features management, ownership, and asset management functions. He has led sales & marketing organizations for brands, for independents, for management companies, and for owners. This broad and diverse background makes Becker uncommon in the hotel sales & marketing field.

Norma Olarte Becker, Co-Founder
With more than two decades of experience in the operations of upscale and luxury hotels followed by the creation and ownership of her own gourmet Cafe, Norma Olarte Becker is uniquely qualified to support Titan's clients in all aspects of business organization, with a particular focus on food & beverage. After graduating from Florida International University's widely-recognized Hotel & Restaurant Management program, Norma launched a successful operations career with Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, and Doral Hotels before re-focusing her efforts on the food & beverage discipline. From here, she opened the Relais & Chateaux Castle at Tarrytown in New York, followed by a role as Director of Operations for the acclaimed Blue Hill at Stone Barns, also located in suburban New York City. Today, she owns and operates Cafe Norma, an award-winning upscale specialty foods and catering restaurant specializing in fresh, organic, and all-natural foods and drawing upon her Colombian heritage.
How Do I Learn More?
As you might suspect of a consulting practice with over 25 years of dead-on experience, much of Titan's success comes from relationships. The process of a potential partnership with Titan starts with a phone conversation, followed by us traveling to meet with you to better understand your situation, and your opportunities. From there, Titan presents a "scope of work" document which outlines the opportunities that we see for your asset. Ultimately, we hope to come to agreement on this scope, and to engage on your behalf, but the initial face-to-face consultation is on us.
